The top of NATO warned the battle might final years as Russia focuses its offensive on seizing strategic cities in jap Ukraine. Ukrainian and Russian delegates final held face-to-face talks in Istanbul in March.
Since then diplomatic negotiations have made little progress, with either side saying they’ve reached a stalemate.
